About my summer internship and stuff. Thursday and Friday were boring as shit because the works actually started today, but I'm too dumb to actually check my emails for that kind of stuff, so I kinda regret that last post. Well, except for MEW. No regrets here

Kinja'd!!!

Also, Victoria, the cutest, sweetest, awesomerest girl in my class, who I may or may not have a huge thing for (Boners, that's what I have) is one of the 3 other people taking the same internship and because our names are both at the tail end of the alphabet, we got teamed up. My summer might be salvageable after all.

I hope you've been practicing Hand-Brake turns to impress her.

Totally, she's not only my "ER partner", she also lives halfway between my place and the hospital and loves my loudass car and musical taste, so I get to drive her home.

This is awesome. Good luck!
Have you considered making your car louder? Or tune your cam to get pops and crackles?

BTW, how is your Tipo? I have been away from Oppo and I'm too lazy to go read history.

She's out of your league, bro'.

Ok, she's not, maybe, lol. I'm just annoyed by the cold , and grumpy because of the first Monday after a two week vacation.

Funny you should ask, I made a small post about it just yesterday, or the day before. Or the day before that... Well, it was this week, I'm sure of that xD

In short, he's running like a freight train.

The longer, but still not that long version is that the loss of power and RPMs was caused by carbon deposits from low quality, adultered fuel. And I used to refill at a Shell Select station... Once the system was detoxed, the car started running like a godamn train, no more power loss, no more RPM drops with the AC on, it's like a brand new engine all over again.

I'll probably have to replace the gas pump and filter soon, though, as those two took the grunt of the crap fuel.

As for the exhaust, it's already loud enough to cause hearing loss on roadtrips, pops and crackles included, haha... And it used to be even louder when I was running a makeshift Straight Pipe, now, with a proper 3" sports exhaust, he's a little more silent on idle, but about as loud in the high range, not to mention far more throaty than before.

She probably is, to be honest :p

But I can't not try and then complain I was friendzoned when I never even asked her out...

Mad props for keeping this car in shape. So awesome to see a Tipo being well kept. Something I love about this is that few people know how strong this engine actually is. I'm really glad to hear it's going well.

I thought about you yesterday, when I was walking to the supermarket on the other block and heard a very loud engine on high revs, coming from down the hill. I stepped aside thinking it was a guy going 120km/h on a 60km/h ave. It wasn't. It was a vert rusty blue Sedicivalvole, smoking like hell, having to climb a mild hill in 1st gear. Poor thing.
But ask me what kind of music was playing on the stereo, almost as loud as the car.

Pearl Jam's Rearviewmirror, so not that loud, but we both love PJ and, Rearviewmirror has a few... Fitting songs for riding with girls, like Last Kiss and Wishlist.

Very true about the engine, by the way. Car magazines and owners alike are quick to sing praises to Fiat's T-Jet engines nowadays, but at 152 hp, they need a turbo to produce the same amount of power the old Lancia Twin Cam had on the engine alone, lagfree, not to mention the Tipo is probably lighter than the Bravo and weighs about the same as the Punto.
